From wearables like the Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch, just to name a few, to apps you can download onto your mobile device. You can even sync the two. Fitness trackers have many features such us daily, weekly and monthly totals. You can also keep track of your exercise intensity levels, which we will be discussing more in depth in the near future.
